Future of Work Challenge
There is considerable discussion and planning underway on the next steps for the future of work in the Canadian tech sector as we continue to navigate the pandemic beyond the third wave. It is clear that ‘one-size does not fit all as we’ve seen from the very different approaches corporations are currently taking on their back-to-work strategies and plans. The pandemic has also caused many companies to rethink their workplace spaces, culture, work incentives, hiring practices and communication and technology tools.
Your mission: We want you to try and invent the future! Conceptualize and build a plan for the future of work. The best concepts will win up to $8,000!
What’s the Challenge?
Ever wondered what the world will be like in 5 years? How will the workforce of today have changed?
